Subscription refunds

• Monthly subscription ($30): refund requests accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Annual subscription ($240): refund requests accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Password and catalog unlock

Password unlock access is session-based. If you believe you were charged in error for a subscription or add-on service, contact us with your transaction details.

How to request a refund
